well, i asked.
i asked when i saw a friend, who shall remain unnamed, preparing the second round of a snack. this is the answer i received:

bed of 2% natural yogurt topped with a shot of braggs liquid soy seasoning, squirt of sriracha hot-sauce and a couple tablespoons of nutritional yeast.


but wait, there's more - a banana is added.
then the whole thing gets all mixed around:

the second part of this post was supposed to be a psychological analysis/psychic reading/dietary assessment for my friend based on this snack-choice. i don't know if i'm fully qualified for such a task but i'd like to open it up for discussion.
