cassatine di sant' agata

this little sicilian b-cup is made in honour of saint agatha, the patron saint of catania, who had her breasts cut off for refusing the advances of the roman prefect. it also happens to contain a couple of my favorite things: ricotta and marzipan.

best enjoyed in pairs.

but i haven't got anything witty enough to comment with.
i might need to eat a green thingy doo for inspiration.
please feel free to fed ex one directly to Cobourg.
yes Cobourg still here. in the vortex of my life in the middle of nowhere and homeless. and a honda CRV full of boxes. waiting for someone else's visa ? so i can go to Winnipeg. nothing makes sense without you.
the only thing close to a sicilian green thingy doo over here
is a jar of maraschino cherries from the 'nofrills ' co-op.
    hug me !

  2. oh anonymous, your comment just broke my heart into a million pieces. you are far too sweet and witty for cobourg - cobourg is where i poured that entire latte into my lap in the backseat of your car, remember? it's full of jittery vibes. get the visa, get out, make the money and get famous.
why do we leave each other, anonymous, why?
    (hug)
